Day 1: Arrival and Journey to Chilas

• Arrive at the Meeting Point in Islamabad, where you will be greeted by one of our representatives.
• Begin your journey towards Mansehra, making a brief stop at Lulusar Lake to enjoy the crystal-clear waters and the natural beauty of this unspoiled landscape.
• Continue through the lush green valleys of Kaghan, with a stop at the elevated Babusar Top, accessible via one of the famous hairpin roads in the world.
• Check into the hotel in Chilas in the early evening.
• Overnight stay in Chilas.

Day 2: Chilas to Skardu

• After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive towards Skardu, parallel to the Indus River, crossing the famous hanging Alam Bridge.
• Arrive and check into the hotel in Skardu.
• Overnight stay in Skardu.

Day 3: Shangrila Resort, Kachura Lakes, and Shigar Fort

• Visit Shangrila Resort, nestled around a heart-shaped lake with fruit-laden orchards and manicured gardens.
• Explore the beauty of Lower and Upper Kachura Lakes, surrounded by some of the world’s highest peaks.
• Proceed through the Cold Desert, the highest desert in the world, where temperatures can drop as low as -25°C.
• Visit Shigar Fort, a 17th-century restored fortress-palace, once home to the Raja of Baltistan.
• Option to hike to the Kharpocho Fort, offering stunning views over Skardu, with a history dating back to the Mughal era.
• Overnight stay in Skardu.

Day 4: Ghanche, Khaplu Fort, Chaqchan Mosque, and Manthoka Waterfall

• Travel to Ghanche, a district known for its high summits, blue waters, and beautiful valleys.
• Visit Khaplu Fort, an architectural heritage site and the former home of the Raja of Khaplu.
• Visit the Chaqchan Mosque, one of the oldest in the region, believed to date back to the 1st century.
• End the day at the Manthoka Waterfall, a scenic and refreshing sanctuary.
• Overnight stay in Skardu.

Day 5: Deosai National Park Exploration

• After breakfast, head towards Deosai National Park, also known as the "Land of the Giants," located at 4,000m above sea level with views of the Himalayas.
• Explore the park’s flora and fauna, home to endangered species such as Himalayan Brown Bears, Golden Marmots, and Tibetan Wolves.
• Visit Sheosar Lake, Kala Pani, and Bara Pani for breathtaking views.
• Return to Skardu for the night.
• Overnight stay in Skardu.

Day 6: Skardu to Besham/Naran

• Leave for Besham/Naran, riding parallel to the Indus River on the Karakoram Highway.
• Visit the towns of Haripur, Abbottabad, and Mansehra along the way.
• For those on the Skardu Tour, experience the breathtaking landscapes, glaciers, and alpine forests of Kaghan Valley.
• Overnight stay in Besham/Naran.

Day 7: Besham/Naran to Islamabad

• After breakfast, continue the journey to Islamabad, passing through scenic mountain terrains and welcoming villages.
• Stop for lunch and tea before proceeding to the Departure Point in Islamabad, where the Skardu Tour will conclude.
• End of tour.
