Hunza Valley Tour 7 Days
Day 1: Arrival in Naran and Welcome Dinner
- Arrive at the Meeting Point in Islamabad where you will be greeted by one of our representatives.
- Begin the journey towards Hunza Valley, making the first stop in Naran.
- The drive will take approximately 7 hours along the Karakoram Highway, a historical route of the Silk Road, now considered the 8th wonder of the world.
- Check into the hotel in Naran during the late afternoon, with the rest of the evening at leisure.
- Enjoy a welcome dinner where the upcoming itinerary will be discussed.
- Overnight stay in Naran.
Day 2: Naran to Hunza Valley, Lulusar Lake, Babusar Top
- Depart early for Hunza Valley, with a stop at Lulusar Lake to enjoy the crystal-clear waters in an untouched natural landscape.
- Continue through the lush green valleys of Kaghan and ascend to Babusar Top, reached via one of the world’s most famous hairpin roads.
- Stop for lunch in Gilgit City before heading to Hunza Valley.
- Check into the hotel in Karimabad, Hunza Valley.
- Overnight stay in Karimabad, Hunza Valley.
Day 3: Baltit Fort, Altit Fort, Local Women’s Workshop, Duikar’s Vantage Point
- Visit Baltit Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and a former seat of power in Hunza, with a history spanning over 700 years.
- Take a private tour of the Altit Fort, known for its dungeons and located in the royal gardens of Hunza, filled with apricot trees and cherry blossoms.
- Explore a local women’s workshop where traditional handicrafts are made.
- Option to try the famous walnut cake at Café de Hunza while strolling through the ancient streets of Karimabad.
- Take a short trek to Duikar’s Vantage Point for a sunset view surrounded by 6 peaks of the Karakoram range, all extending 6,000m above sea level.

Day 4: Passu Cones, Boating on Attabad Lake, Gulmit Village
- After breakfast, sample the famous apricot cake of Hunza Valley, with the majestic Passu Cones as a backdrop.
- In the afternoon, enjoy a boating trip on the turquoise waters of Attabad Lake, with options for selecting your preferred boat.
- After the boat ride, travel to Gulmit Village, the capital of Gojal Valley, and one of the most beautiful villages in Hunza.
- Option to interact with locals or embark on a short hike around the village.
- Overnight stay in Gulmit.
Day 5: Khunjerab Pass, Sost Market, Hussaini Suspension Bridge
- Cross through the Wildlife Conservation Area in Khyber on the way to Khunjerab Pass, the highest border-crossing in the world, located at the Pakistan-China border.
- Spend time at the international border, enjoying the multi-cultural experience at this high-altitude location.
- Visit Sost to explore the local street markets.
- Take a walk across the Hussaini Suspension Bridge, known as the most dangerous bridge in the world, built by locals and still in use today. Each step is an adventurous leap of faith.
- Overnight stay in Gulmit.
Day 6: Return to Naran, Jeep Ride to Saiful Muluk Lake
- Begin the journey back to Naran, passing through stunning glaciers, lakes, and lush Alpine forests.
- Upon arrival in Naran, check into the hotel and enjoy a jeep ride to Saiful Muluk Lake, famously known as the "Lake of Fairies."
- Situated at over 3,000m above sea level, Saiful Muluk offers breathtaking views under the towering Malika Parbat, with options for boating and horse riding.
- Overnight stay in Naran.
Day 7: Naran to Islamabad, Scenic Journey
- After breakfast, continue the journey to Islamabad, taking in the majestic mountain scenery, rough terrains, and charming villages such as Abbottabad, Haripur, and Balakot.
- Stop for lunch and tea along the way before reaching the Departure Point in Islamabad, bringing the trip to an end.
